it's completely logical if you give it some thought. Just make sure you place the unzipped/extracted PS folder somewhere where you can easily find it (such as your desktop), then open up the folder to find the 'PS' icon (that is the executable "Photoshop" file which 'activates' PS, but you have to right click the file and click "Run as Administrator" - because PS doesn't technically 'install' on your computer hence the "portable version" and why you need to set administrator permission to get it working. I'm very stringent about safe files on my hard disk ergo I looked over key files via 7-zip, it's safe. I can confirm it's safe and still works even with Windows 10 because I just used it on Windows 10.
